• A well-balanced and sustainable housing mix, aligned with Lewes District Council’s planning guidance, with a focus on 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes.
• Well considered landscape and green infrastructure, incorporating public open space and an informal play area.
• Improved footpath connections to integrate the development with the surrounding area.
• Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDs) to support effective water management across the site.
